I usually don’t write reviews, however this establishment deserves one. We arrived early during an unexpected heat wave. 1:30p, regular check in is 4pm. they did an amazing job at getting a room prepped quickly for us. All parking is valet, so we never had to worry about if parking would be available or not. The staff are all incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast is good. We were there for 4 mornings and the breakfast switches a little each day to give a good variety of items. My kids loved the sausage, bacon and the different waffles batters. Loved having different juice options. Room was very clean, never had a hard time getting extra clean towels. Pool was heated and open until 10p every night which was perfect to night swim after the sun went down. Bed was a little harder than I like, but all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are just amazing. We had a large group at the hotel for the weekend for a roller derby tournament and they could not have been more welcoming. The hotel was close to the roller derby venue and the hotel so it was very convenient. And even though it was close to the airport I didn't notice any airplane noise in my room. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 2 nights stay with family last week. Room was little small but very clean amd comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Fresh coffee all day and cherry on top was fresh delicious cookies which amplified the holiday spirits! You guys rock! Happy New year!

First time here. The rooms are really nice. They provide breakfast in the morning which is really convenient. We went to Universal studios and it was a really close drive from the park so that was great. The only downfall is their parking situation, they only offer valet. But the customer service was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to Burbank airport. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Unfortunately also very close to the freeway so your room will have road noise. They have two sets if windows and you can still hear road noise. The breakfast adds value. It's a very decent property. Good value. Bring good earplugs.

Our stay was a fantastic surprise. transfer from airport was easy and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. From the shuttle driver, with restaurant suggestions, to the friendly front desk, to the daily room cleaning, the staff was awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. We think we have found our new "home base" when visiting SoCal.

The hotel is wonderful place to stay if traveling out of Burbank Airport. The staff is amazing. Loved the cookies and breakfast. Transportation to and from the airport was easy ND pleasant.
